2. Fulfillment of Coaching Services/Readings

  • The fulfillment of coaching services is tailored to the individual needs of each client. After completing the purchase, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to arrange the details of your coaching sessions.

  • The scheduling and delivery of coaching sessions are conducted in consultation with the client, ensuring that the sessions are aligned with your availability and preferences.

  • Upon successful arrangement, you will receive a confirmation email with the agreed-upon schedule and relevant session details.

3. Delivery of Online Coaching

  • Online coaching sessions/readings are delivered via [specify platform, e.g., Zoom, Skype, etc.] at the scheduled time agreed upon during the booking process.

  • After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details, including the date, time, and access instructions.

  • Please note: Once an online coaching session/reading has commenced, it is non-refundable.

  • The course materials will be available to you immediately upon receipt of the access details.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling for Coaching Sessions

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your online coaching session/reading, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated, and the session fee may be forfeited.

  • For cancellations made within the appropriate time frame, we will work with you to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

  • If you experience any technical issues accessing your online course or participating in a coaching session/reading, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue to ensure you can access the content or session as intended.
