On October 21, 2023 at 11:29 PM ET, we have the First Quarter Moon in Capricorn🌓♐️ opening us up to our highest potential as we walk through Fall Eclipse Season. The quarter moon in Capricorn, the most grounded of the earth signs, provides a much-needed reality check on Saturday. If your mind has been racing with "What if...?" scenarios, choose one or two and play them out one step at a time.

We've officially entered the eclipse corridor, which lasts two weeks between the October 14 solar eclipse in Libra and the upcoming lunar eclipse in Taurus on October 28.

Hidden truths are being revealed. Relationships are undergoing changes. The power pyramids are shifting. A balanced point of view may be difficult to generate on demand, so don't try to rush through judgments. Take as much time as you need to research, analyze, or become comfortable with a potential consequence. Anything worth obtaining is worth the wait.

We are experiencing a dominant Cardinal/Influence energy signature this weekend. This essence leads, suggests, influences and drives the Zodiac. These are the signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra & Capricorn) that start every new season and are most likely associated with administration, leadership, business and entrepreneurship. Making this weekend the total “Boss Energy” time of the year.

This First Quarter Moon is in the Cardinal/Influencer sign of Capricorn♑️ , causing us to focus on our reaching our highest potential. This is the first moon phase after the New Moon in Libra♎️ Solar Eclipse on October 14, which has opened up the Fall Eclipse 2023 portal. This first quarter is the first turning point in our relationship to any new beginnings that have been rolled out with the Solar Eclipse. It is also providing us with a summation of all that Libra Season has brought to us in the areas of business, social and romantic relationships over the past 30 days. Especially as we head toward the Taurus♉️ Hunter’s🏹 Full Moon Lunar Eclipse.

Remember that First Quarter Moon is the phase that marks 50% illumination and the midway point to full light. The energy of this moon phase indicates taking action. But we are in Eclipse Season, so I suggest doing a check in on what where action is beginning for you since the last week. We would all do better to observe and work with what is being presented versus willfully initiating things that might get nixed by the current energy.

Since First Quarter Moons only happen for 1 day, we need the energy to fully orient ourselves during the 24-hour period. During Eclipse Season it’s best attend to what happened around the New Moon, the Spring of 2016 and October 14, 2004, in addition to any Libra Season chart activation and the current house/sign ruled by Capricorn.

Lunar cycles are 28-29 days in total. First Quarter moons are always the midpoint of the Yang or masculine portion (waxing phase 🌑🌒🌓🌔🌕) of the lunar cycle, so you will feel your energy growing in strength from last week.

The First Quarter Moon in Capricorn🌓♑️ brings us a strong sense of purpose after the strong New Moon Solar Eclipse in Libra. The first quarter is when we decide what we'll take from the eclipse into the rest of the lunar cycle. The first quarter phases help us to clarify our plans. What did we get correct? What has to be changed? On October 28, there will be a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Taurus. This is when we will witness the fruits of our efforts.

Both Libra and Capricorn are cardinal signs. When the cardinal constellations align, it is time to recenter and realign. This quarter moon (Libra) brings inner calm and harmony to our job, long-term ambitions, and general life structure (Capricorn).

Capricorn is concerned with the mechanisms and structures that control our lives. This quarter moon reveals where we need help the most. We don't need to deal with stress on top of stress. We need to understand each other. We require stable ground. We require common sense. On the approach of burnout, on the verge of absolute fatigue, we seek balance in work and in life at long last. Capricorn assists us in grounding and organizing our ideas.

It's all about the people while the Sun is in Libra. It's all about mutual respect and understanding. This moon phase forces us to take a critical look at how we interact with one another. This moon phase occurs on a busy day, overlapping with several other astrological events - here's a breakdown:

In the morning, the sun in Libra squares Pluto, who has just become direct in Capricorn. This is a really tense time. We must step carefully and avoid engaging with hostile or volatile individuals. Depression and rage run rampant in Pluto's dominion. Do all it takes to relax your nervous system and avoid all potential triggers. You don't want to mess with this one.

During the quarter moon later that night, the moon will form an extremely tight conjunction with Pluto. This, in my opinion, is neither good nor bad; it merely reinforces the nature of the square mentioned above. It will increase the intensity and add more emotional elements.

Venus in Virgo will trine Jupiter Retrograde in Taurus an hour later, giving us the gift of levity. This energy is completely light, bright, cheerful, and enthusiastic. Essentially, it is the polar opposite of everything said above. Not long after, the moon enters the air sign Aquarius, while Mercury passes from Libra to Scorpio soon before midnight. Period!

These birth charts provide insights into the strengths, weaknesses, and potential challenges a business or individual might face. Planetary aspects and transits are carefully analyzed to make predictions about market fluctuations, the success of business ventures, and the best times to make important financial decisions.
