This is the final Full Moon of the year and the first one after the Eclipse portal has closed. This means we can return to focusing on something that helps integrate your new insights and endings.
We are fast approaching the shortest day and longest night of the year and the beginning of Winter. This leads us to a truly dark, feminine and internal time of year where we need to expect the energy to be slower and denser.
Mars joining this Full Moon almost exactly by degree will bring us a fiery light and intense burst of energy, also focused inward due to the retrograde. In some regions of the earth, the moon will block out Mars. Mars will be at its brightest on December 8 at midnight and will set before dawn. Even the brightest star, Sirius, won't be able to match it.
